Transaction Experience

We have advised buyers and sellers on transactions of more than 3 million tons from projects that will produce more than 15 million tons of emission reductions. Our current and past engagements include:

• Advanced feasibility and credit marketing for an early-stage REDD project in Ethiopia.
• Credit marketing for a large scale reforestation project in Tanzania that will be registered under the VCS.
• Due diligence services for an investor related to the purchase/sale of credits from an afforestation project in East Africa that will be registered under the VCS.
• Credit marketing and negotiation support for a Canadian project developer of several small scale afforestation projects in Chile that will be registered under the CDM.
• Valuation approach in support of a successful sale of temporary credits from a CDM AR project to a government buyer on behalf of a private sector project developer.
